Wonder Condos

Wonder Condos, located in the heart of Toronto, is a new residential development that converts the iconic Weston Bread Factory into a contemporary living space. This project blends historic charm with modern amenities, offering residents a unique urban lifestyle.

The team in Toronto, working with Alterra Developments, a renowned name in the Canadian real estate industry known for its commitment to quality, was asked to provide signage for this iconic property.

The scope included interior signage and selected exterior elements, ensuring a cohesive brand identity throughout the development. This also extended to the parking levels, where the team provided a complete supply and installation service.

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. was responsible for the fabrication and supply of the signs, ensuring the use of high-quality materials and craftsmanship. Wonder Condos is a testament to innovative design and thoughtful restoration, making it a notable addition to Toronto’s urban landscape.
