Reaching the final milestone of a multi‑year project is always meaningful, and project Vista in Hyllie, Malmö, stands as a strong example of what can be achieved through close collaboration, shared ambition, and trust throughout the process.

From early strategic discussions to the final interior delivery, the project was shaped by continuous dialogue, careful planning, and a series of considered decisions. The scope spanned both exterior and interior environments, including building signage, garage wayfinding, and interior wayfinding, developed to function as one coherent system.

Our team had the privilege of leading the full consultative process, from functional analysis and wayfinding flows to concept development, design, construction, and implementation. Working across all phases ensured that each decision balanced functional clarity with architectural sensitivity.

When every phase connects through our design‑build‑sustain approach, the result is a solution that feels cohesive, durable, and intentional. Inside Vista, material contrasts define the overall expression: glossy surfaces meet matte finishes, fluted glass meets natural Valchromat, and refined details create a clean and calm environment with subtle character.
