The Food Innovation Academy (FIA) in Vlaardingen located in the Netherlands is the knowledge and innovation Center for the food industry in the southern metropolitan area of Randstad in the Netherlands. FIA encourages cooperation between entrepreneurs, students and the government. The goal is to be able to continuously feed the food sector with professionals, knowledge and innovation.

Young scholars and experienced professionals work together, closing the gap between theory and practice.

Our team in the Netherlands successfully implemented the signage for the FIA. The signage design, derived from the FIA logo, features rectangles with rounded corners that connect the building’s transparent architecture through the etched foil and cut-out lettering.
