THE DILLON
The Dillon features luxury apartments located in the heart of Raleigh, North Carolina. The property is located in an old industrial part of town, and the client wanted to carry that theme throughout the interiors.
We used the architect’s initial concepts for the project, and tweaked them to make the signs functional.
The team utilized metal and wood to create unique and high-end custom signage inside and outside of the building.
We used warm colors and linear shapes to compliment the original landscape, but create a warm feel to the space.
The team worked closely with the General Contractor and the timeline was easily met to deliver the project. We were pleased with the collaboration and outcome of this project.
