The Covenant Health Wellness Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, is a vibrant new community hub supporting wellness and healthcare in its region.

Our team in China collaborated with the Alberta team and Covenant Health to deliver a comprehensive interior signage solution that enhances navigation, accessibility, and the overall visitor and staff experience.

In just three weeks, our team produced over 1,000 custom interior signs, a remarkable achievement made possible by dedicating personnel solely to production and logistics.

The signage included freestanding and wall-mounted directories, elevator directories, suspended directional signs, and custom room and amenity identification for treatment rooms, conference spaces, washrooms, and staff areas, with tactile graphics and braille to support accessibility. Materials were thoughtfully chosen: a mix of water transfer printing, painted and translucent acrylic, aluminium, and vinyl graphics, with colours coordinated to complement the interior design palette.

Despite a tight timeline, close collaboration and an agile approach ensured every sign met the highest standards of quality, compliance, and design intent. This project demonstrates how thoughtful signage and effective project management can create a more welcoming, intuitive, and sustainable healthcare environment for everyone.
