THE BUCCI DOMINION

The Bucci Dominion is a new mixed-use building in Bridgeland, Canada, with retail space on the primary and residential levels above. The building will have around 9,300 sq. ft of retail space across the main floor. They feature 17′ ceilings throughout the retail space.
 
The veranda’s design matches the older original Bridgeland-Riverside homes. Dominion’s noticeable facade, dominated by bold rectangular boxes, is similar to Telus Sky. These boxes will enclose large balconies of each unit called verandas.
 
The Bucci Dominion project required our Team in Alberta to provide a very compressed fast schedule. We developed a complete wayfinding and signage package using Bucci’s ideas for wayfinding and signage. The scope also included interior/exterior signage, parkade, and interior graphics. The design and implementation from start to finish took approximately three months.
