Suzano

Suzano is the largest pulp manufacturer in the world and one of the largest paper producers in Latin America. Our team in Brazil recently delivered a comprehensive signage solution for a project in Ribas de Rio Pardo, MS.

For this project, the team created interior and exterior signage that visually connects Suzano’s paper production with the Cerrado biome, a large and ecologically significant ecosystem in central-western Brazil.

Inspired by origami, the team crafted folded metal sculptures of iconic Cerrado animals like the maned wolf and jaguar, reinforcing Suzano’s sustainability commitment. They also developed informative totems to educate visitors on the region’s biodiversity.

Large-scale channel letters and prominent signage were installed throughout interior and exterior spaces, strengthening brand visibility. Over 100 ACM structured panels were installed along transparent walkways to increase visitor comfort and safety and provide much-needed shade and protection from the intense sun.

Additionally, a large-scale sign was installed to elevate Suzano’s presence at an export warehouse in the Port of Santos, Latin America’s largest port.

Given the region’s extreme heat and sun exposure, the team prioritised high-durability materials to ensure longevity and performance. The signage was transported 888 km from Santos to Ribas de Rio Pardo, requiring careful planning and secure handling to prevent damage in transit.

It is always a privilege to work on projects that blend creativity with purpose. Collaborating with Suzano, a company prioritising sustainability and innovation, makes projects like these even more rewarding.
