Student Housing

In Aarhus, Denmark, developer Ejsingholm and contractor Raundahl & Moesby have led an exciting construction project featuring 145 student housing units and shared facilities, part of the urban transformation area Fragtmandscentralen.

Our Denmark team had the pleasure of providing the signage for this project, a task that aligned perfectly with our sustainability initiatives. The signs were made from leftover wooden boards from the construction site, which were collected, processed, and repurposed into functional and visually striking signage.

The boards were carefully cut and treated to ensure durability, then printed using a UV printer for high-quality, long-lasting results. The design draws inspiration from the architecture of the buildings, particularly the traditional pitched roofs, creating a visual connection between the signage and the overall aesthetic of the project.

This approach reduces construction waste and limits the consumption of new resources, transforming surplus material into functional and aesthetic solutions. The signage serves as a strong example of sustainable design, giving new life to materials that would otherwise have been discarded.
