The Rijnstraat eight government offices in The Hague has been awarded the ARC17 Architecture Award. The former VROM building has been transformed into a flexible collection office where several government departments are housed. Thanks to the transparent architecture with a glass curtain wall and large open conservatories, the building is in close contact with the environment.
