With the parking garage complete, construction is forging ahead on the remainder of the project. Rising 83 stories over the Miami skyline, Panorama Tower will be an iconic landmark situated within the Brickell financial district.

The tallest residential building on the eastern seaboard south of New York, the structure is comprised of 100,000 sq ft of medically-oriented office space and a teaching facility in the pedestal, 821 luxury apartments, a 2,000 car parking garage, and a 208-room hotel in addition to 50,000 sq ft of high-end retail and restaurant space.

The Modulex team created a comprehensive signage and wayfinding solution for this boutique residential building using our highly flexible sign option, Infinity Basic + 3D Printing. Modulex Miami captured a sample of the granite in the lobby; then transposed that texture via 3D printing technologies to use on the signs. This process was printed on Dibond signs to remain within the project’s budget and scope. The same granite used in the building lobby is carried throughout the structure for a unique look and feel.
