Numa

Numa is a digital-first hospitality brand that is redefining how people experience stays across Europe. Designed for both business and leisure travel, Numa properties blend flexibility, comfort, and technology to support modern ways of working and recharging.

Our Global Accounts Central Europe team was tasked with delivering a comprehensive visual communication package across both interior and exterior spaces. The collaboration began in early spring 2024, as Numa embarked on its European expansion and sought a trusted partner capable of supporting consistent delivery across multiple markets. The resulting signage solution supports intuitive guest navigation while ensuring a strong and recognisable brand presence from arrival through to the guestroom.

The scope included exterior fascia signs, vinyl applications, and the refurbishment of an existing monolith sign, alongside interior wayfinding and room signage. Together, these elements reinforce Numa’s identity within the cityscape while delivering a cohesive visual language that balances clarity, functionality, and consistent brand expression throughout the property.

Manufacturing, logistics, permitting, and installation were managed as part of the overall delivery, with much of the signage produced at our flagship factory in Billund, Denmark, using eco-friendly GreenBond™ materials. This approach supports both durability and sustainability, while ensuring consistency across Numa’s growing portfolio.

To date, Modulex has delivered signage for 30 Numa properties across nine European countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the UK, and France. This project demonstrates how a scalable, well-coordinated visual communication strategy can support rapid brand growth while enhancing the guest experience in busy urban environments.
