When Nokia came out of the JV with Siemens which had been NSN, they needed to re-brand 320 sites. There was a legal deadline to de-brand all of these sites and Modulex were appointed only 3 months before the deadline.

When looking at a project strategy, our teams highlighted that a significant proportion of the cost of the de-brand was access equipment and installation costs- costs which would have to be borne again when the buildings were re-branded.

We, therefore, suggested not only de-branding by the deadline, but re-branding key sites at the same time to avoid this duplication of cost. All 320 sites were de-branded, and 50% of them were re-branded by the end of the 3 month project period.
