KPMG

We are proud to showcase one of our most ambitious projects: we designed, fabricated, and installed two illuminated KPMG signs at their new offices in Torre Est Porta Nuova, Milan. This landmark building in the heart of Milan’s business district now boasts bold, high-impact branding that reflects KPMG’s global presence and commitment to excellence.

The scope of work included two exterior illuminated signs, each measuring 13 x 5.4 meters, installed at an impressive height of 70 meters on the building façade. Our team managed the entire process from concept to completion, including design, engineering, production, and rope-access installation. The result enhanced the building’s nighttime visibility and brand presence, demonstrating our ability to deliver effective solutions in challenging environments while maintaining full compliance and safety with a comprehensive, Ente Nazionale per l’Aviazione Civile (ENAC)-aligned lighting and safety plan.

Working at such heights posed unique technical challenges. One of the most critical aspects involved designing a custom load-bearing frame that withstood wind loads and met stringent safety requirements while preserving the building’s aesthetics. By closely collaborating, our engineering and fabrication teams engineered a tailored structural solution that delivered both strength and visual precision. This level of innovation demonstrates our ability to tackle complex projects with confidence and creativity.

Our in-house team fabricated and installed every component of the signage, maintaining complete control over quality and performance. From selecting materials to final installation, we upheld rigorous standards to meet KPMG’s expectations and deliver a premium result that boosts their brand visibility.

Environmental responsibility was a key priority throughout the project. The signage was designed in accordance with the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) environmental performance standards, achieving low energy consumption (16 W/m²), 75% recyclability of all materials, and minimal environmental impact during production and installation. By integrating sustainable practices into our process, we delivered a solution that is not only visually striking but also environmentally conscious.

This project strengthens our relationship with KPMG, following our successful installations at their Rome offices. We remain honoured to elevate their brand presence in Milan and look forward to advancing our collaboration on future projects.
