INGEBORGGÅRDEN

Ingeborggården is a nursing home located in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. Ingeborggården will offer 200 homes to accommodate nearly 27 residents per residence, with an area of ​​approximately 17,800 m², excluding the basement.

The team in Denmark was asked to help provide interior and exterior signage for this project. Louise Bay Poulsen, Graphic Designer and Wayfinding Specialist from the Nordic Office of Architecture designed the sign concept based on Ingeborggården’s vision and is adapted to the house’s architecture in terms of colours, materials and design solutions.

The signage radiates professionalism, simplicity, and a sense of home, perfectly embodying the brand’s identity. The interior signage used through the main staircase tells a story about Frederiksberg and Frederiksberg Boldklub. The signage includes a mixture of wood, foil and aluminium signs that, in interaction with the building’s architecture, give residents, guests and staff a clear direction in the building.

All the signs were made in Billund and provided by trusted suppliers.
