A customized narrowcasting system was developed for the conference center of the Holiday Inn hotel in Amsterdam. The data is sent directly from the reservation system to the information screens. In between the activities, information about the room is provided, such as impression photos and possible guests’ number in various meeting configurations. The overview for all meeting rooms is listed on the central overview floor plans.
