Owned and operated by Hernö Gin, one of Europe’s most awarded gin producers, the hotel offers an immersive experience, including tastings, a gin studio, and premium culinary offerings.

Our Sweden team was entrusted with developing a high-end interior signage concept that complements the hotel’s elevated atmosphere and strong brand identity. The result is a signage system that quietly enhances the guest experience, using carefully selected materials and details that reflect the quality and sensory richness of the environment.

Interior signage includes solid metal elements in brushed copper, freestanding letters for key areas like the gin studio and meeting rooms, and room numbers, all designed to echo the hotel’s warm Nordic aesthetic. Floor indicators featuring copper inlays and preserved green moss add a tactile, natural element that ties the signage to the surrounding landscape, while contrasting patterns on glass partitions improve safety without disrupting the visual flow.

Sustainability played a central role throughout. The signage was designed to last alongside the building, with timeless forms and premium materials like copper that age beautifully and reduce the need for early replacement. Natural, preserved moss and high-quality, durable components further reduce waste and support circular design thinking.

This project highlights the value of thoughtful design, collaboration, and a deep understanding of how signage can elevate a space.
