Harbour Island, located in Tampa, Florida, brought on Modulex to complete a Wayfinding plan, which included producing a sign plan for permitting, illuminated push through exterior monuments, halo fabricated letters, and illuminated overhead box signs. One unique aspect of this project was that Modulex had to manufacture and install signage that would weather saltwater because of the project’s location. Although a big project, the client was pleased with the result.
