Fort Mill Town Hall

Fort Mill Town Hall is a significant civic anchor in the heart of Fort Mill, South Carolina. Modulex was proud to support this initiative through a comprehensive exterior signage program, delivered as a turn-key design-build project, fabricated and supplied by Modulex on behalf of the Town of Fort Mill.

The signage scope focused entirely on exterior elements, with the project centred on meeting clearly defined expectations for visibility, durability, and alignment with the building’s public role. Our turn‑key approach included masonry and coordinated site integration to provide clear identification and orderly arrival for visitors.

A key requirement involved re‑purposing the original “Springs Global” monument sign into the new entry sign. This solution preserved a meaningful connection to the site’s industrial legacy while establishing a crisp civic identity for Town Hall. The result is a refined entry marker that respects context and improves legibility at the primary approach.
