Flora

Flora is a vibrant residential community in Chicago’s Fulton Market District. It features the only green space in the area, a rooftop pool with skyline views, a chef’s kitchen, and spa amenities. Just steps from public transit and the city’s dynamic core, it blends urban energy with spaces to relax, create, and connect.

During the design stages, our Carolinas team worked with developer Trammell Crow Company and GC Power Construction to deliver a complete Design + Build signage package. The interior signage includes unit IDs, room IDs, restroom IDs, amenity IDs, directional signage, and more. On the exterior, we created branded wordmarks and logos for the building and wayfinding in the parkade.

It is truly a stunning project that highlights our expertise in delivering thoughtful, high-quality signage that enhances wayfinding and branding in luxury residential environments.
