Our Team in Miami is excited to have been a part of the new parking garage and the commercial ferry terminal for Fisher Island in Miami Beach. Fisher Island is a human-made 216-acre private island only accessible by ferry. Our client, Fisher Island Community Association’s goal was to reduce vehicular traffic on the island and reduce wait times for ferries.
