Located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, 757 North Apartments want its residents to “enjoy all that the City of Arts and Innovation has to offer”. Working closely with the client, we applied a complete design-build process to this project.

All Exterior and Interior signage for this project was entirely custom, and we incorporated interior design elements into all the signs. The Team printed the wall pattern onto frosted acrylic with concealed mounting; this provided great shadowing and depth to the signage.

Collaboration was essential in this project when it came to incorporating fabricated pans onto canopies projected from the building. Ensuring the structural integrity of the canopy would support such a sign was essential.
