72 Park

72 Park is a luxury residential tower located in the heart of Miami Beach. Developed by Lefferts, a prominent NYC and Miami-based development firm, this project brought together a collaborative team, including Urban Robot, who co-led the signage design direction, Modulex, and Stiles, the general contractor.

Our team in Miami provided a complete interior code signage package for the property, featuring illuminated Unit ID signs, wayfinding elements, and one exterior canopy sign. The interior signs were fabricated at our flagship factory in Billund, Denmark, and the illuminated signage was a collaboration between Billund and our United Kingdom team.

One of the more complex aspects of this project involved the electrical requirements for the interior illuminated signs. With strict technical specifications in place, our team underwent several iterations before identifying the right driver to support the signage without compromising design intent or function.

Sustainability was thoughtfully integrated into the signage solutions. The illuminated Unit IDs were created using Etronit, which was ideal for precision routing to house the LEDs. For the back-of-house signs, GreenBond™ was used, which offered a natural brown edge that complemented the design and reduced environmental impact.

This project is a great example of how collaboration, problem-solving, and material innovation can elevate the user experience in modern residential environments.
