The Bucci Dominion is a new mixed-use building located in Bridgeland, Canada, with retail space on the primary and residential levels above. The building will consist of around 9,300 sq. ft retail space across the main floor. They are featuring 17′ ceilings throughout the retail space.
Dominion’s noticeable facade, dominated by bold rectangular boxes, has a similarity to Telus Sky. These boxes will enclose large balconies of each unit called verandas. The verandas design matches the older original Bridgeland-Riverside homes.

The Bucci Dominion project required our Team in Alberta to provide a very compressed fast schedule. Taking Bucci’s ideas for wayfinding and signage, we developed a complete wayfinding and signage package. The scope also included implementing interior/exterior signage, parkade graphics, and interior graphics. The design and implementation from start to finish took approximately three months.
