Our Team is proud to have been a part of the Strata Wynwood project in Miami, Florida. Working with CIM, a community-focused real estate and infrastructure developer, and alongside KAST, who served as the general contractor for the 150-foot tall structure, the Miami Team helped create interior and exterior signage for their residential building, serving as an artistic space.

CIM has been involved in the greater Miami region for more than ten years and brings its proven real estate development and operational expertise to delivering this significant mixed-use project in Wynwood. Strata Wynwood embodies comfort, culture, and community within Miami with open living plans, modern details, and a bright Miami aesthetic.

Our Miami Team created an innovative design that included all the code required signage, evacuation plans, corridor directional signs, and exterior signage, incorporating the company’s branding and implementing a creative vertical blade for their exterior signage.
