PARAMOUNT MIAMI WORLDCENTER
August 4 – 2021.
Paramount Miami Worldcenter is a luxury condominium tower located in downtown Miami, part of the Miami Worldcenter megaproject developed by Daniel Kosdi, Art Falcone, and Nitin Motwani, and Elkus Manfredi Architects.
The building rises 738 feet above ground level – 60 stories with 466 units. It features an extraordinary array of action-packed amenities, including the nation’s first outdoor soccer field featured in a high-rise residential development; two tennis courts; multiple resort-style pools; lush parks; hot tubs, and a Tai Chi terrace, among others.
Square Edge Inc. contracted our Team in Miami to implement the exterior and interior signs of the project.
For interior signage, they want to have an aluminum finish in the logo area of the signs. We use custom sizes for normal Dibond for FOH and Dibond for BOH steel panels.
We created a monument and two illuminated “P’s” on both sides of the main entrance for exterior signage. We got creative with the stone supplier and the eclecticists to make the “P” logos illuminated. They were challenging because all the electrical connections had to be hidden behind the stone.
We also had incredible collaboration from our factories:
- Illuminated logos by Mexico.
- Monument by Carolinas.
- Interior panels from Billund.
We are very honored to be a part of this project and we are proud of the result!
