Our team in Miami collaborated with client ZOM Living, one of the nation’s leading market-rate multifamily and senior living developers. The goal was to design, build and install signage for MiLine at Ludlam Trail.
During the implementation, the team also worked closely with General Contractor Kaufman Lynn Construction, a full-service commercial construction company with extensive experience in several market sectors.
This project is a transformative multifamily and retail development in central Miami and will encompass approximately 950 apartment units and 35,000 square feet of retail.
Using our Design + Build process, Modulex Miami worked with stakeholders to ensure all interior signage met the client’s expectations while showcasing MiLine’s branding. They also helped provide a complete design package and all the drawings needed for the permit process required for the exterior signage.
