Our Team in Toronto are delighted to have assisted with the Interior Signage and Wayfinding for several Office Spaces across Canada for IQ Offices. This project included Offices in Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa and Montreal.

IQ Offices is the largest independent Canadian-owned co-working operator. Its mission is to “create distraction-free environments where your best work can happen”.

Toronto holds two of the largest IQ office units, and for this site, the team conducted a review with the client in person to fully understand the traffic flow throughout the area. This gave Modulex an idea and understanding for creating a wayfinding plan for the space.

The client’s signs were custom-made, showcasing the boutique style of the interior office spaces. The team also worked with the client’s design palette to depict colour and wood grain to build the client’s branding into the signage.

The team is incredibly proud of this project’s outcome, which was completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
