Opening in late 2016, Miami’s Fendi Château marks the luxury brand’s first residential venture. A collaboration with the Château Group, an established real estate development company with a portfolio that spans the US and South America, the 12 storey boutique residence features just 58 exclusive residences and is located on the beach three blocks from Bal Harbour.

Designed by Arquitectonica, a global practice with Miami roots, the Fendi Château reflects the rediscovery of the Surfside community along with an appreciation for branded luxury residential environments.

Modulex signage provides the perfect pairing for Fendi Château’s refined functionality and expressive architecture. Drawing inspiration from the project’s elegant design details, the signage subtly reflects both brand and design intent. Unit identification signs echo the wood panelling in the stunning main floor amenities area along with the integration of the Fendi logo. Brushed aluminum signs eloquently communicate spa and pool information.
