This is a great example of our capabilities at Modulex Americas for custom signage to unlock your brand’s potential. For this project, Modulex Miami captured a sample of the granite in the lobby; then transposed that texture via 3D printing technologies to use on the signs. This process was printed on Dibond signs to remain within the project’s budget and scope. The exact granite used in the building lobby is now carried throughout the structure for an outstanding look and feel.

Other signs included in this boutique residential building include Infinity Basic, our most flexible option when it comes to customization. Infinity Basic allows for any customizations: shape, size, colors, or graphic features. In combination, our Infinity Basic series and the 3D printing created a unique design for the Kai at Bay Harbor.
