CORONAVIRUS COVID-19.

Dear clients and suppliers, friends and colleagues!

The health and wellbeing of our workforce and families is, as always, our top priority. In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are taking this opportunity to provide you with information on our response to the situation.

Our Business Continuity Strategy and Plan provides adequate internal instructions in the event of employee unavailability for a variety of reasons. Our staff are based all around the world and work remotely from home as part of our regular business setup.

Any requests for staff to travel outside of their country of residence for business are risk-assessed prior to agreement. Modulex staff has been issued with instructions regarding return to work procedures in the event of illness and/or after travel to virus affected areas.

We have the appropriate infrastructure in place to be able to continue to procure and sell our own and third-party hardware along with our consultancy services to our customer base in the event of employee unavailability. We will take all steps necessary to limit undue exposure for our staff, customers, and colleagues. We have implemented a remote meeting policy to enable us to continue to provide services for the time being.

We will monitor, update and revise this guidance as the situation and government advice develop. We will also update you if the outbreak starts to impact our ability to provide services.
