OUR TEAM MEMBER IN MIAMI ANDRÉS PEÑA BECERRA HAS BEEN AWARDED BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOUTH FLORIDA (CASF).

February  2nd – 2021.

Our Team Member Andrés Peña received the Construction Association of South Florida (CASF) Craftsmanship Award for his signage design in Miami’s Brickell Flatiron project!

Since 1958, CASF has publicly recognized South Florida’s most skilled artisans at its annual Craftsmanship Awards. CASF honours as many as 50-60 artisans in dozens of categories each year. These range from mechanical piping and decorative concrete to glazed-block masonry and architectural woodwork. The integrity of this award is respected and not automatically given. If the criteria for excellence is not achieved in a particular category, there is no winner.

Andrés has been with Modulex since 2016 and has been the Project Manager of the Brickell Flatiron Senior Project in Miami.
Brickell Flatiron is a true architectural icon designed by architect Luis Revuelta with amenity spaces by Massimo Losa Ghini and developed by Ugo Colombo. Moss & Associates offered Modulex Miami the opportunity to work on this project, supporting them in the interior and exterior signage.

“I have always believed that Modulex is about people. Our employees are of world-class talent. Andrés award is a representation of that. We always knew he had an incredible creative vision – it’s rewarding to see him get the recognition he deserves.” Ketil M. Staalesen.

We are very proud of Andrés since we know of the effort and dedication he has put into this project. He is very deserving, and we are thrilled to celebrate this award with him.
