MODULEX GROUP MERGES WITH FONECO IN CENTRAL EUROPE.
FONECO GmbH, specialists in visual communication and brand implementations located in Nuremberg, Germany, merged with global signage company Modulex Group effective July 7, 2022. The new entity will operate as Modulex.
FONECO, a boutique firm, supports businesses, property owners, branding agencies and sign companies through visual communication and branding implementation process. Their projects are primarily focused in Europe, but reach into other continents as their client roster grows.
“This merger is very exciting”, says Johan Rylander, Managing Director of FONECO. “This is an important move to support our growth strategy. Our team will have the opportunity to provide eco-friendly options, which will be a significant asset to our clients. We will be able to service our clients in new innovative ways, and this merger was most certainly the driving factor of this decision”.
The Global Accounts Division is Modulex’s most rapidly growing business unit. This group oversees all regional and global brand implementations and is poised for substantial growth in 2022 and beyond.
“Partnering with Johan and FONECO just reinforced an already solid team,” says Ketil M. Staalesen, Modulex Group CEO. “Johan’s knowledge in Brand Implementations will help Modulex reach new heights. We are feeling very positive about the future of Modulex in Central Europe.”
