Modulex Group Appoints Gen Z – “Junior” Board

Modulex Group, a global leader in architectural signage and brand implementation, has launched its first Junior Board.
The new Junior Board, made up of Gen Z leaders, will advise on key product and service launches. It will recommend improvements for go-to-market success and promote collaboration through idea sharing. The Junior Board shows Modulex’s commitment to developing leaders and giving emerging professionals a role in shaping the company’s future.
“The Junior Board is an exciting development for Modulex and another example of us living our Purpose Statement,” says Christine Jamieson, Chief Marketing Officer at Modulex Group. “The incredibly talented, young minds within our organization are the future of our company, and we are constantly inspired by their passion and innovation.”
The Junior Board members will serve for one year and are current Modulex colleagues who already excel in their roles. They went through a tough application and interview process, and a committee made the final selections.

We’re excited to collaborate across our global business units, gain new perspectives, and help build a future that reflects the innovation and values at the heart of Modulex.”
Creating the Junior Board demonstrates Modulex’s focus on talent development through new programs. The Modulex Dragon’s Den lets colleagues worldwide pitch ideas directly to senior leaders, encouraging entrepreneurship and creative problem-solving.
