Modulex Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Mikkel Arreborg as the Chief Finance and Operations Officer. Based at the Group’s headquarters in Billund, Denmark, Mikkel brings a wealth of experience as a CFO with a proven track record of strategic financial leadership and operational excellence across various industries.

During his tenure as CFO at Auto Solutions Group, Mikkel demonstrated exceptional proficiency in managing financial operations across a conglomerate of companies. His responsibilities included overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and active participation in board meetings. Notably, he spearheaded a comprehensive restructuring of the finance department, implementing new systems and processes to drive enhanced efficiency. Mikkel played a pivotal role in the successful acquisition of Etac Bil in Norway, showcasing his instrumental role in acquisitions and integrations.

Before joining Modulex Group, Mikkel held significant roles at esteemed firms PwC and BDO. He has a Master’s in Auditing and a Diploma in Business Economics, specialising in Accounting and Financial Management.
