Job Title: Management Intern
Location: Billund, Denmark, for the first 90 days and then virtually from anywhere.
Reports To: Executive Management Team
Duration: Internship (one year)
Starting: September 2025 (preferred)
About the Role
We’re seeking a Management Intern to join our team in the wayfinding and architectural signage world. This internship is perfect for a recent graduate or a student completing their final Business program requirement. You’ll get hands-on experience supporting our Executive Management team on a high-impact initiative to launch a modular financial services offering.
You’ll collaborate with offices worldwide, develop new skills, and contribute to strategic planning, service design, and operational setup. We love fresh ideas, and some of our best innovations have come from interns like you!

What You’ll Be Working On
- Researching and supporting the development of a modular financial services model, including service structure, pricing, and sustainability add-ons.
- Helping define the legal structure and jurisdiction for the new business unit.
- Participating in creating a legal and insurance framework for service delivery.
- Collaborating with leadership to define team structure and management roles.
- Researching and recommending service models, including licensing, payment options, and client qualification thresholds.
- Supporting strategic planning for future external partnerships and investor engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Finance, or related program.
- Resourceful and confidently takes initiative.
- Strong interest in financial services, business strategy, and entrepreneurship.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and in a remote team environment.
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn from a fast-paced, evolving project.
